Each tablet of GLICAZET 850/5 contains:

• Metformin 850mg
• Glibenclamide 5mg

Each tablet of GLICAZET 1000/5 contains:

• Metformin 1000mg
• Glibenclamide 5mg

GLICAZET is a combined medication used to control blood glucose levels in adults with type II diabetes mellitus.
