TIOF® PLUS is a combination ophthalmic solution containing Timolol Maleate 0.5% and Dorzolamide Hydrochloride 2% , indicated for the reduction of elevated intraocular pressure (IOP) in patients with open-angle glaucoma or ocular hypertension when monotherapy is insufficient.

The dual mechanism of action helps provide effective control of intraocular pressure by reducing aqueous humor production through complementary pathways.
