BONACEF Suspension/Tablets

Formula 

Every 5mL of BONACEF Suspension contains:

• Cefadroxil 250mg

Each tablet of BONACEF contains:

• Cefadroxil 500mg

Indications

BONACEF is indicated in respiratory tract infections: pharyngitis, bronchitis,  pneumonia, medium otitis, sinusitis and pleureia.

Genitourinary infection: cistities, pyelonephrities, anexities and endometriosis. Skin a soft tissue infections: abscess, cellulites, lymphangities, ulcers, mastitis, furunculosis, erisipela and impetigo.

Mouth infections: periodontal abscess, stomatitis, and dental pre and post-operatory. Other infections: osteomyelitis, septicemia, septic arthritis, perotonities, and prophylactic use.

Advantages

BONACEF is of the family of cephalosporines which treats a variety of bacterial infections, specially for people who are allergic to penicillin.

Dosage

Children: 15mg/kg every 12 hours or 30mg/kg daily.

Adults: 1 tablet very 12 hours.

Presentation

BONACEF Suspension of 60mL (Orange flavor).

BONACEF Tablets 500mg x 10 (enteric coated and blistered).
