Formula:

• Diclofenac Sodium 50mg
• Dexamethasone 1mg
• Orphenadrine 35mg
• Vitamin B12 500mcg

Indications:

• It is a powerful anti-inflammatory, antirheumatic and muscle relaxant, indicated for all acute and chronic pain accompanied by an inflammatory process and muscle contracture.
• It is also indicated in all inflammatory musculoskeletal conditions or those that require prolonged treatment such as: rheumatoid arthritis, ankylosing spondylo-arthritis, monoarthritis, sciatica and lumbosciatica; chronic joint gout, pseudogout, simple painful shoulder, calcifying periarthritis of the shoulders, osteoarthritis in all its forms, soft tissue rheumatism, myositis, cervico-brachial syndrome, neuritis and neuralgia.

How does it work?

• Diclofenac is a non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug which works by reducing hormones that cause inflammation and pain in the body. This effect helps to decrease swelling and pain.
• With certain conditions, inflammation can cause the immune system to be overactive and this can damage the body’s tissues. Steroids such as dexamethasone help block the immune system’s response to inflammation, which helps prevent this damage.
• Orphenadrine is used to help relax certain muscles in your body and relieve the stiffness, pain, and discomfort caused by strains, sprains, or other injury to your muscles.
• Vitamin B12 has also been found to have anti-inflammatory properties that can improve the way that the body responds to non-steroidal anti-inflammatory medications and reduce neurological pain.

Directions:

Take 1 tablet every 8 or 12 hours with food or as prescribed by the doctor.
