Formula:

• Pregabalin 75mg
• Pregabalin 150mg

Indications

• Treatment of idiopathic or secondary focal epilepsy, with or without secondary generalization, in polytherapy.
• Neuropathic pain (painful diabetic neuropathy, postherpetic neuralgia, postoperative neuralgia and other painful peripheral neuropathies).
• Generalized anxiety disorder.

Dosage:

Orally, with or without food.

• Epilepsy, in polytherapy and postherpetic neuralgia; generalized anxiety disorder: starting at 150 mg/day in 2-3 doses, with weekly increments. Maximum dose: 600 mg/day.
• Neuropathic pain in diabetics: start 150 mg/day in 2-3 doses; increase every 3-7 days, up to 300 mg/day.
• Fibromyalgia: start at 150 mg/day in 2 doses, increase according to tolerance in 1 week to 300 mg/day and subsequently to 450 mg/day.
• After hemodialysis: 25-100 mg single dose.
