Each 10g of Fibra Flat contain:
- Psyllium husk 3.3g of 95%
Indications:
Fibra Flat is indicated in frequent or chronic constipation as a consequence of age, pregnancy or postpartum, situations in which it is desirable to facilitate deposition such as: anal fissure, hemorrhoids, post-surgical proctology, recent myocardial infarction. Regulation of evacuation in colostomy patients.
Diarrhea of functional origin and as an additional measure in cases of Crohn disease. Conditions and situations in which it is advisable to increase the daily intake of fiber: irritable bowel syndrome, diverticulosis; adjuvant in hypercholesterolemia and weight loss diets.
Advantages
Fibra FLAT is a natural laxative that causes an increase in the intestinal bolus, absorbs liquid in the intestines and increases peristalsis, favoring intestinal transit. Its use is safe during pregnancy.
Dosage:
A 10g spoonful in a glass of water or juice, two or three times a day.
