Active Ingredient

Lotion- Prednacinolone acetonide (Desonide) – 33mg

Gel- Hydroquinone 3g

Indications:

• It is formulated for the topical treatment of localized hyperpigmentation, resulting from increased melanogenesis, such as melasma resulting from pregnancy or contraceptives; freckles; senile and generalized lentigo and other unwanted areas of hyperpigmentation.
• It can also be used to reduce photosensitization hyperpigmentation associated with inflammation or with the use of certain perfumes.

How does it work?

• Hydroquinone is a drug capable of interfering with biochemistry of melanin, the pigment responsible for the coloration of the skin and hair.
• Prednacinolone acetonide presents significant anti-inflammatory action at low concentrations and facilitates the permeation of the depigmentant.

Directions:

• Apply every night, first the lotion, as a thin layer on a surface slightly wider than that of the dark stain, followed by the gel, rubbing gently on the stain, until it penetrates completely.

Presentation:

It contains two bottles, one with 50mL of lotion and one with 50g of gel.
